Refund & Rescheduling Policy

1. Rain & Weather Rescheduling (Sports Guarantee)

Outdoor sporting events may be postponed due to rain, lightning, or poor pitch conditions. In such cases, your booking deposit is 100% transferred to the rescheduled fixture date at no additional penalty.

2. Organizer Cancellation

If a tournament or match is cancelled by the organizer more than 7 days in advance, the deposit remains valid as store credit for any future match within 12 months.
